RETURN & REFUND POLICY – JOY’S CORNER FINDS

At Joy’s Corner Finds, every item is made-to-order with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality and fairness for both our customers and our brand.

1. No Returns or Exchanges (Buyer’s Responsibility)  
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Incorrect size selection  
- Change of mind  
- Personal preference or dislike of the design  

Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

We take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged  
- There is a printing or manufacturing error  
- You receive the wrong item  

 3. Request Window  

All claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

4. How to Submit a Claim  

To process your request, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos showing the issue  
- A brief description of the problem

5. Resolution Process  

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or  
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation  

We prioritize replacements whenever possible.

 6. Additional Notes  

- All items are made-to-order and cannot be restocked  
- We are not responsible for sizing errors if the size chart was not reviewed  
- Slight variations in color or placement may occur due to the custom printing process
