Are these items made to order?
Yes — every item at Joy's Corner Finds is made to order with love. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Will the colors or placement match the photos exactly?
Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the custom printing process.
How do I pick the right size?
Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering, since we're unable to accept returns for sizing issues.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Total time = production time (2–7 business days) + transit time:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 business days
- Japan: 7–12 business days
- Brazil: 10–14 business days
- Rest of World (incl. Nigeria & West Africa): 10–18 business days
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track it through the carrier's website or the Shop app.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
What if my order is late or lost?
Email us at support@joyscornerfinds.com and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Since every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
You're covered. You're eligible for a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing error, or you received the wrong item.
How do I request a replacement or refund?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@joyscornerfinds.com with your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We prioritize sending a replacement whenever possible.
